- Auto-select the county for certain zip codes. If a zip code maps to only one county, it is now selected automatically.

- Fixed privacy policy link bug. The link now works correctly when a user’s state isn’t pre-selected.
- Fixed Emergency Medicaid edge case (NC). Emergency Medicaid now correctly appears for undocumented users even if someone in the household has employer insurance.
